The traditional production method adopts manual feeding, manual marking, flame trolley and manual cutting, so that it requires large working area. Production line flow
1. Raw material hanging in
The structural steel on the feeding frame will be automatically transported to the roller conveyor.
The structural steel will be automatically clamped after being detected by the material feeding trolley.
The material feeding trolley can transport the structural steel to the cutting area in order to detect the length of the structural steel.
The robot will carry out panel and bulb cutting of structural steel according to the processing program.
The robot is equipped with laser sensor and some other testing unit which can carry out profile scanning and testing of the end of structural steel. Then the processing path can be corrected according to the scanning and testing results.
The cutting finished workpiece will be output by conveyor.
8. Lay off
After being sent out from the cutting area, the workpiece will be pushed to the unloading area automatically by the pushing unit.

1. The structure of the base machine makes it easy to be operated:
This cutting machine adopts fully sealed structure with movable door at the front side, so that it is easy for the operators to observe the cutting state of the workpiece and carry out machine maintenance. Below the cutting area, there is a mobile discharging trolley looking like a drawer which can be used for cutting slag and waste collection. There is a suction outlet for dust cleaning below the base machine rack. It can be used to remove the dust and smoke produced by plasma cutting.
2. The structural steel clamping is realized by manipulator with chuck. The manipulator clamps on the flange slab and then move forward and backward. It is also equipped with photoelectric sensor which can be used for automatic position testing and clamping of the structural steel. The manipulator can transport the workpiece to the cutting area of the base machine through the roller conveyor.
3. The ABB high precision robot has remarkable reliability: IRB1600 has remarkable reliability. This type of robot can easily deal with various problems even under the worst working condition or the most strict all weather operation.
4. The cutting zone of the base machine adopts box type sealed structure. At the bottom of the box, there is a suction outlet which can sucks the dust in the cutting area into the purifier. This cutting machine realizes purification treatment by filter cylinder purifier, so that the emissions can meet the standard of indoor emission. This machine reduces the environmental pollution caused by plasma dust and arc light.
